Set off this morning towards Scafell from my campsite in Eskdale in heavy rain and gusting wind. Only got about half way up but had great fun and even saw some views when the clouds lifted.

The Obvious? 
Wow the place looks wild. It would have been freezing?

It was about 8 degrees but the wind made it feel colder. This is where good kit helps.
