Enjoying the company of others is one thing, being worried about what they think of us is quite another.
Does being with others inevitably lead to worrying about what they think of us?

One of my favourite quotations, supposedly from Eleanor Roosevelt, is,
“You wouldn’t worry so much about what others think of you if you realized how seldom they do.”
