This photo that I took on my walk right round Central Park popped up in my Photos widget today and I found myself seriously doubting whether I will ever be in my second favourite city again.
The Obvious? 
Don’t give up, Euan, you WILL! But I must confess that it’s probably not time yet. Just embarked on my first international trip two weeks ago, I fell ill with Covid one week ago and have spent days and days quarantined in a hotel room in Norway. Traveling home tomorrow, “God willing and the creek don’t rise”. 😀

Oh no, you, too? I guess we can’t run or hide; I thought after 2 years of “being good” and getting all my jabs I’d be in the clear. But no. I hope your case is mild.

Yeah we thought the same. Mine is nothing like as bad as the early versions but I don’t ever want a sore throat like that again.
