On my daily walks I have taken to using Voice Memos on my watch to record thoughts that occur to me as I make my way through the beautiful countryside.
I also thought, as you can hear in the recording below, that others might be interested in this way of relating to our thoughts.
The Obvious? 
I’ll have to guess about the audio as .m4A files don’t play on my Windows machine 😦

Hmm… I had hoped that the WordPress player would avoid that. Did you download the files?

I first tried playing it from the mail using your ‘Click here to listen…’ link – that doesn’t work, it tries to open the .m4a file directly in the browser, I couldn’t find a way to download the file. Then I opened the post in WordPress and used the mini-player there OK.

Interesting. You would have thought that the html email would have rendered the player the same way that the post does.
