While I am still convinced of the benefits to the system of multi day fasts, including boosting your immune system, a couple of people have pointed me to research that indicates that there might be an early dip in immunity. Given current risks I have decided to curtail my fast.
Still, 45 hours in and it feels pretty good.
Also, isn’t this a good time to be enjoy good fresh healthy food and not depriving oneself? Just my opinion of course.
